Knit sweater and overknee boots

Winter is officially here! It’s snowing today and it feels like we’re in a winter fairytale. Well, except when you’re on the road, on the way to work in the morning. It’s not such a heaven there though 😀 One of the hits of this season happen to be over the knee boots and I’m super excited about huge knit sweaters and overknee boots in winter. It feels so cosy and fashionable at the same time! I bough my first pair (the ones you see on the picture) more than 4 or 5 years ago, I don’t even remember where, but I was not really wearing them till now. I even wanted to give them to my friend last year, but now I am somehow happy I didn’t. To be honest – they’re so versatile and comfy. I tend to wear them all the time, for casual events, travelling, evenings or just hanging out with friends. Since suede and lace up pieces are big trends of the season and black one of my favourite shoe colours I would say they just cover all the trends in once.

For today I opted for a cosy and warm look with huge knitwear and simple clutch bag, how do you like it?

I’ll be most probably getting myself another pair of over the knee boots very soon, since those are pretty old and I cannot wear the same all the time, but I’ll make sure to let you know when that happens. Do you have any suggestions? What is the footwear trend you will be chasing this season?
